Another idea:
"Here and There"
Within the first 24 hours, you must build a mine - and that mine must be built on one of your starting outposts.
You are allowed to build one more if you wish, but that must be built on someone else's starting outpost.
All other rules are normal.

Most important subs

You can only have 3 subs launched at any time. If you launch more then 3 then they must be gifted.

Alternate scoring

I have said this before. You get points for completing onjectives and whoever has the most points wins. These can be determined later if there is interest.

You cannot launch/reroute/target someone with 1 more mine than you.
However, this rule isn't valid if someone has 2+ mines more than you.

You can never send 2 subs with the same number of drillers and you can only send drillers in odd amounts
