Revealing your quests are forbidden. AND EVEN THOUGH DIPLOMACY IS ALLOWED, SPECIALIST + OUTPOST TRADES ARE FORBIDDEN TO NOT MAKE HARD QUESTS EASY.

I added that to the main post.

  • I understand the reason why certain trading of specialist would be forbidden, but I honestly think it would add some interesting play to the game. Is it worth helping out an opponent who might have more quests done than you just so you can get your one hard quest finished, and other stuff.
Zyxe? Now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time.

I think it should be allowed too. But I agree with you niv on the "no telling people your quests" it makes diplomacy make interesting.

  • The reason I thought to forbid it was because people used lots of outpost trades(and thus scoring their points) to be able to see their target queens in the Hide And Seek game. It kinda killed some fun. I guess we can leave it free to make outpost trades, but then I would ask for some kind of "approval" because I don't want this game to end sooner than it should.

  • Basically, Niv is saying that I figured out a strategy that broke his game.

Though - it still required some serious diplomacy to get it done.

Regardless, I can understand why you, or anyone else, might think the game would be more fun without this strategy being used.

Ah.... The glory days. We would have had overflow so we had to play two games of 10, instead of 1 game of 8
