Yeah, I was wondering that. Like what if hire 4 is a sentry and 5 is a war hero promotion. Who does the spec go to?

Ok so I think that this situation wouldn't really happen, because (from what I understand) the hires go out immediately after 4. So promotion after that wouldn't happen. I'm more wondering if I hire a sentry hire 2 and promote it hire 3, is that allowed?

And yes colt, you are allowed to promote hire 1,2 or 3 if you would like so. War heroes ftw!

Ok cool. So burst hires in sets of 4 that are sent as soon as you hire them. And you hire every time you hit 4 specs
