I would like to play. But will this be like a captain vs captain game? If the games are team games, how does one team win? I mean if we get points for our individual position, why do I care how my teammates do? I would just try to finish first like any regular game.
I think there needs to be more organization on how a specific team wins. If we do a Capt. v Capt. type game, we can appoint random captains each game and whichever team loses their captain first loses, then the other team gets a certain number of points
The biggest issue with your setup is that there is no incentive to play as a team. In a 2v2, first place gets 16 points. second gets 13. If I'm on a winning team, how do we decide who gets first and second? and why would I even care to get that far, if I can guarantee a win on my own without a teammate? the scoring system makes teamwork discouraging. I think each member in a winning team should get an equal number of points, and with randomized teams it would make it so that no one would have the same point values. This means that we need to figure out a solid definition on how a team can win. I recommend Captain vs captain style.
