So, since things have been a little slow, I figured I would put something out.
Each player in this game will be playing a random set of rules, based off of previous games. During the waiting period, I will randomly assign each person a (possibly secret?) game mode they must play by.

I scoured some old threads, here's what I got for the game modes.
1 Public Chat - Can only use public chat
2 Once and for all - Can only hire once, but for any size stack of hires. For example if you wait until you have four hires stacked, you can hire all four but then no more.
3 Burst Hire - Can only hire every three rounds of hiring.
4 Season of Giving - This player can make any two subs not attackting them become a gift, but two of their subs can be gifted by an outside player, so long as the sub isn't going towards that players outpost.
5 First is the Worst, Second is the best - This player is going for second place.
6 Ever Vigilarnt - This person must not have a specialist at the same outpost for more than 12 hours. (Time is debatable.)

Multiple people can have the same rules, and if there's any other game modes people would like, go ahead and say so. Anybody want to play?

So this is everyone playing gets their own special rule that they must follow?

Yeah, I think I get the concept, but some would have to be tweaked a little. Like the once and for all concept would destroy whoever got it.

Yeah, in not super sure about once and for all. That one really only worked becasue everybody was doing it.

What about second is best? Can't that cause 2 winners? If the one with that gets 2nd and someone who got something else gets first

Yeah I was kinda thinking that would be a bad one too, maybe take it out.

You could replace it with fractal (?) where you had to send equal amounts of gifts and attacking subs, or the dimension war where you can only send subs east/west or whichever direction is chosen

Ya'll are thinking about this too hard. Of course there can be two winners! But Fractal sounds pretty good too.
