It's really a good experience in participating the games lol. Btw some more new ideas:

Energy crisis -- no one is allowed to occupy a neutral generator
Lost technology -- no one is allowed to occupy a neutral factory
No bullying -- you cannot launch (but can land) a sub targeting another player with a lower outpost count than you. For each mine owned by a player, add 3 to his/her outpost count

We shall be playing No Bullying, by Ivanloy.
Rules: You cannot launch (but can land) a sub targeting another player with a lower outpost count than you. For each mine owned by a player, add 3 to his/her outpost count

Side note, when i used the random number generator it was 12, the game we just finished
