Well, propose an idea.
How about this one :
Normal game, but if you kill someone's queen you must resign immediately
So you need to be careful of stringers or stuff plus princesses are awesome.
(They can kill your queen and resign but you still survive because of princess)

That would be really really unfair. Cause then you could hire a princess and send your queen and a helmsman at someone’s outpost and they have no choice but to evacuate it. You wouldn’t need any drillers to take out someone’s entire outposts

Life is unfair, plus they can't turtle much and don't forget that they do have a queen themselves
