Posted: Tue May 23, 2017 9:48 pmAbsolutely relative - You may either own specialists that can affect an absolute number of drillers (general, lieutenant, war hero, infiltrator, foreman, MoE, security chief) or specialists that affect a relative number of drillers (engineer, sentry, thief, king, inspector, tinkerer, double agent). Anyone can own any of the specialists not yet mentioned. If you are in possession of a specialist not in your category you must destroy it.
