We just released a new build with a few minor changes.
- specialists of eliminated/resigned/autoresigned players aren't removed after 24 hours
- minister of energy now reduces each production cycle by one driller instead of halving it
- when manually starting a game that's not full we now have 8 hour countdown before it starts instead of 4

As usual. those changes only apply to new games created from now on.
