Build 278 - Big rules changes!

We just released build 278 with lots of rules changes. An early Christmas present for those of you starting a game soon :)
  • Sub can carry no more than 3 specialists
  • Subs are now empty by default when you launch them (you have to explicitly load them with specialists and drillers)
  • When a gift sub encounters another sub, it changes ownership and is sent to nearest friendly outpost (instead of combining with the non-gift sub)
  • Specialists that become captive in sub to sub combat are sent to nearest outpost of winner instead of being brought on to winning sub
  • Got rid of waypoints (waypoint UI remains, but uses future orders instead)
  • Got rid of alerts
  • Several specialist tweaks (double agent, general, pirate)
  • A TON of stability fixes for scheduled orders
The biggest change is the one of limiting 3 specialists per sub. Say bye-bye to the mega-sub approach. Now you actually need to think carefully how to combine them and whether you're better off splitting up your forces.

As usual, these rules changes only affect games that are starting from now on, not existing games.
