Idea: drop your spec CP by 2 within outpost radius. I'll tell you why.
So you've got two separate instances where the -1 would affect it. First, in an equal fight, ex. assassin vs assassin. Normally, both assassins kill each other, nothing survives. But, with your -1, your assassin lives while they die. I like that. However, we now look at a slight difference in CP, say, elder vs sabo. Your sabo drops to a 2, the same as the elder. In other aspects of the game (fights at outposts), if there is a tie, defender wins. I think the defender in this case is your opponent. So, the elder wins, and your sabo is useless.
Now, my suggestion. Make it a -2. This won't affect your assassin vs assassin battle, you still survive. However, now your sabo would be a 1, and beat the elder. It would add a bit more versatility to the specs.
