Things happen in the game while I'm sleeping, or trying for to. I know I can turn notifications completely off, but I don't want to. I want the notifications, but not always the sound or vibrations. Options like. Sound on and vibration off, sound off and vibration on, or sound off and vibration off but my phone still gets a notification would be very good.

I might be mistaken but I think this already exists. If not you'll probably have to send this request to apple or google or whoever made your phone because they control how your phones notifications work.
