Now that Braxo is here, what needs to be done? Can we get another mod in this place?

I sent a message to Noel for his thoughts.

I've always kept a hands-off approach to moderation to allow the community to grow on its own.

The sticky situation, I just wasn't familiar how they are set and unset. Stefan helped me figure it out.

I think the community of subterfugians was a bit afraid when all mods kinda disappeared, and so did the devs. We just didn't know if there was something we could be doing if we had a mod here. For example, I believe we have hit the attachments limit in the forum, and I don't think you can post anymore. If we could have a way that a very active forum member could delete those and keep things up to date, it would be useful.

I would like it if some more players could be made moderators as well. I believe mathwhiz9 and bangerz would be good candidates if they are willing.

I completely second this nomination. If we get 1-2 more mod then the forums could be just that much better. Sorry current mods, i just don't have as much faith in you guys as i did before.

I would definitely volunteer

I think JanitorialDuties would make a great candidate, because, for example, the 31 full pages of the General forum definitely needs a complete clean-up, as 75% of them are either similar stuff discussed or non-relevant things. The same goes for Questions and Bug Reports as well!

i also support if the mod from volunteer player being added.

from forumer to forum it self, seem good.


just an idead to made it more challenging. maybe the selection can be made as 10 player game ? who ever win that game can be the mod

nah... just kidding. better we able to select to voting instead and create a poll to vote, if this can be accept and realize.

or the dev had their mod of their own? why not, i was ok with that too.

I do see this thread and the polling thread. I can not promote a forum user to a mod, I believe only Noel's account can do so. I'll pass it along when they respond to me.
