  • there's been some discussion by color blind players as well. Allegedly 1 in 10 males is color blind including me. It's that much more difficult for us and there's a color blind mode featuare request with devs.

  • I like the variety of colors, but that sky blue isn't good. They need colorblind mode, where it shows symbols, X,O,/ etc. I do feel like you should get to chose your color when you, join. In the beginning, all unoccupied seats in the game appear white on the map so the others players know and future joiners have their pick of what's left.

Cause the backround is dark? I think it would still work, just need a thin white border around the edge. And white would need the font color changed to black so you can see the numbers, etc.

Is it possible to make a color blind mode for so many colors? Not sure how it works

  • / o x # + - $ * ^ ~

Simple,as this. Each player has a different symbol appearing on their outposts, fixes the colorblind issue

Lol, oh right. Although maybe it would be better to write out the words "Red" "Orange" "Blue" etc, in a Tiny font. That way when someone not playing in color blind mode talks about the Red player, a colorblind player doesnt have to do the translation of "Red, ...ok that means, # right?"

This was my exact suggestion in my color blind mode feature request.

  • What about giving the icons a background circle or square that could add more color options? Basically everyone would have a primary and background color for a lot more color options.

Yes, becuase black on a dark background would be hard to see. Your solution of the boarder would work but then we start to move away from the current style which is lovely.

I think i would be happy enough if i just had the option to choose my colour at the begining. I'd go for Red, Pink, Yellow, Light Blue or Teal.
