No fixed start date, it will start the moment we have 10 players, or if people stop joining after #8 and we don't wanna wait any longer. Maybe check in again in a half or full day and see if interest has slowed down?

Edit - My hope it this game would start before Monday though, so I you have L1 and the domination game is scheduled to take another week, it might not work out.
