One question: are there and bidding increases? It starts at 20 drillers, but can you go up by one driller at a time? Or 5 driller increments, something like that?

Sorry one more: what if you bid 60 drillers but don't have 60 at one outpost? Do you move 60 to that outpost to send as one gift, or do you send multiple gifts totalling 60?
