I don't know how the communication between forum moderators and the devs work. If they give you guys a more direct email than the general email on the home page, could a moderator reach out and tell them about this thread?
(...hopefully at least a moderator is reading)
I just looked again at bags' thread trying to get his account fixed... this is a really serious problem. I understand this game as a whole hasn't been profitable, but as long as this game keeps accepting money, people should get what they paid for.
