Diplomacy is one of my favorite aspects of this game. I do agree with your idea of changing it some how, but im not sure this is how i want to go about doing it..

Bark bark The challenge is trying to interpret the meaning. The person may be saying hey lets ally with this guy on the right but you interpret attack the person on the right. You give thumbs up and attack him and he's just now growl.
