    I knew I remembered a very similar discussion to this. Thanks for linking it.

    It does seem like everyone has a slightly different idea in their head of what exactly a hiring tree would look and function. This is a topic that is very fun to talk about and discuss.

  • My issue is duplicate hires. Too few offensive class specialists and too many other class. In my first 3 hires of my newest game, I got two duplicates. It should work like a card syste, where one of each card instead of multiple of each card before a reshuffle. I suggest changing helmsman to offense if smuggler is defense.
