I remember the level 1 order limit being 4. Was it reduced?

I was thinking of introducing some friends to the game by inviting them to a private match. But if they get only one future order and I don't, I'd kind of feel like the kid who gives you the slightly broken controller when you go to his house.

I believe the limit is currently 4.

When the security level idea was introduced to the beta a few months ago the L1 clearance only gave you 1 future order which might be why you see that mentioned around. It got increased to 4 for launch though.
