After you create the game and send out the invite links it will take a while for the game to start. And even if you are asleep when it starts you should have already setup orders so that it doesn't matter.

We should take into account that a few invited players will not join.

Maybe they've abandoned Subterfuge in the meantime, don't have email notifications for PM's, have a hard time getting the PM opened on the mobile forums, etc.

Maybe allow people to join for 24 hours and then the game is started by the person who created it, even if it isn't full?

(Haven't been in that position as a game creater, but the option to start a game if it isn't full exists right?)

Yes, you can start early and the map will be regenerated for the new player count. You also get an 8 hour game start timer to make sure people see the new map.

Players who have volunteered to host a game will be given a list of players to invite.

If you aren't hosting a game, keep an eye out for a private message (sent through the forum, not the game). In the top header of the forum, between "User Control Panel" and "Logout", there's a "0 New Messages".

When a message appears there, take the link the game host has sent you (it'll look like http://subterfuge-game.com/play.php?16185-a21f554b9c988f86c4c938754b3c5c1e) and open it on your device that has the game installed. (You can email it to yourself, or however else you get links open on your phone/tablet).

Will some matches (final match, semi-finals) be streamed, like the Exposition games in the Dev Blog?
