I wanted to eliminate you, was talking to other players about it as well. But since Roadkiehl was set on taking you down, and Panda was the main threat, I went after him. This way I was of course hoping to take a mine or two and end higher in the ranking. But also I was hoping to slow down the clock so that Roadkiehl and the rest would have more time for their goals.

At that point I was done scheming with/against you, I was just gonna go after Panda and move my force there. I hoped I had convinced you that he was the main threat at that moment. I sent my large sub towards Panda, leaving my borders open to your attack. You could have attacked me from two sides and I wouldn't have defended, hoping someone could catch up with you. I wouldn't have cared. I'm glad you sent your drillers away from my borders again.

Your test of trustworthiness didn't work as I didn't trust you, and you didn't get me to gift you the outpost. I just wasn't prepared to start a major war with my hugh sub, over one outpost, because Panda was about to win.

In the beginning you got me to demilitarize a few outposts and I half-joined the alliance, but the further we got, the less I let you influence my actions.

I can confirm this information. I talked regularly to both Crisismama and Stefan. Stefan and I more or less pretended to be allies with Crisis as to not become next targets as well as get information to help the others against Crisis.
Stefan actually headed in an organized alliance against Crisis consisting of Road, Myself, and I believe 6Payh(?). I of course ended up backstabbing Road in order to place.
If we communicated with Crisis is more or less to get him to turn on Panda, whom he shared a large border with and who was in the lead.

Day 7
The clock reads 3.6 days until victory for me. If I capture Mathwiz's 2nd mine, I would win in 2.1 days. I have hired a hypnotist to take Pmoney's captured helmsman, Queen, King, and Lieutenant. He gifted away his navigator to 6PAYH.
I gifted my diplomat to Stefan as a symbol of cooperation, and will soon gift him my Helmsman, King, and Lieutenant to fight against crisismana.
I am leading in both driller production and outposts held (generator to factory ratio is 6:10 though, so I often hit cap). I will now focus on total defense to prevent anyone from disrupting my way to victory!
Roadkiehl sees me going for his recently captured Mathwiz mine, and questions why I wouldn't rather see crisismana dead. I tell him I'd rather win than defeat another player.
6PAYH is gathering lots of driller and (admiral, foreman, double agent) at McGuire - An outpost near mathwiz relatively close to my captured mines. I hope he won't attack me!
In a turn of events, janitorialDuties decides to attack me from my West (less defended) with a helmsman/navigator/smuggler and 200 drillers. It's important to note that he has 2 kings.
I lose one of my mines (Billante- which I captured from Mathwiz9) to janitorialDuties so I reach out to 6PAYH for a deal - my Inspector for 62 drillers. He agrees and even increases it to 142 drillers (since he was nearing driller cap).
6PAYH also tells me he is only interested in eliminating crisismana, not needing top 3.
Using my Hypnotist hire, I capture Pmoney's ghost Helmsman, Princess-turned-Queen, and King. I also plan to promote my Hypnotist to King after he converts his Lieutenant.
I send the Helmsman and 93 drillers to my North West, where they can meet with 40 other drillers, and 6PAYH's 140 drillers to confront janitorialDuties' force.
Even though I gifted him a Diplomat and we have been allies all game long, Stefan decides to attack me (same reason as janitorialDuties - he wants to get top 3). He is also sending a Smuggler, Engineer and 80 drillers to my border. I may have to choose Assassins for my next hire and delay my King promotion.
Crisismana has really stopped talking after a bunch of people complained about him in Public chat. I hope he doesn't feel too bad, but also learns not to chat that much.
[Once again, reminding that this is all "in the moment" so I would have no idea that 6PAYH was going to attack with those drillers, etc]

Yeah, now that I'm a bit removed from the game, that's what I've taken away too. I'm just chalking Crisismana's persistence (or whatever it was) up to a lack of experience. No hard feelings, and I hope he does figure it out. I just wish I'd held my temper in check a bit more during the game. Maybe I'd have played better

yeah i was an real ally with panda but he kind of betray me later to scheme to back stab me using other player. that when his fall down come soon too after my fall down.
cause i believe, our ally hold our enemy away.

and about 6payh i have no idea what he do. he kind of neutral after back stab me. and you can see at sea leech stategy what he do next.

about jan he was kind of suspicious with riot. i was sure after i see it he refuse gift the 49 drill to me. but he gift to riot dead mine ?!

You first told us you were gonna support us against Crisismana, and then decided to go after the most mines in the game. I can now read that this was not a ploy, but during the game, we couldn't have been sure. 6PAYH and me honestly considered you the mastermind in this game and this could have perfectly been a scheme!

Here is what I thought:

First you tell us you'll fund our move against Crisismana, in order to get our drillers moving towards him.
I believed you, gifting the diplomat was very convincing!
Then a few hours later, when our drillers would be on subs that couldn't be rerouted, you tell us you won't be able to support us after all, because you're going for most mines in the game.
At this point there is little time left on the clock, so having the other players move against Crisismana could have been a ploy to lock us out of attacking you. Making you the great orchestrator.

Goes to show you how this game plays with your mind!

You're 100% correct on this, it took *very* long before an alliance was formed against you, and then when JD turned on Roadkiehl, it fell apart again. Your alliance with Panda was probably the strongest in the game.

I saw you working with Panda, and also knew 6PAYH was helping against Rosslessness. I failed to consider wether 6PAYH and Panda were talking. I just projected my own habit of getting into a 3 party alliance, on you guys.

Day 8 and 9
Day 8
The clock reads janitorialDuties to win in 42 hours. In 3 hours, the clock will read 6PAYH to win in 34 hours:
Turns out 6PAYH betrayed me in the deal, and used his 142 drillers to attack me instead of gifting them. At least he feels bad about the subterfuge. He is also going for one of my northern mines which will put him in the lead.
JanitorialDuties is countinuing to mow down my northern outposts, nothing much I can do as I watch my Neptunium go down.
However, just like my fight against Pmoney, I got lucky with Stefan. After he sent his force of 374 drillers, he scheduled for his Queen to arrive at the mine he was going to capture - undefended. The same mistake which Pmoney did, Stefan repeated. I abandon the mine and send the 60 defending drillers at Stefan's undefended Queen.
Thanks to the fact that I haven't promoted my Hypnotist, and instead hired a Thief, I will be able to capture the mine with 198 drillers and Thief (Thief steals 57, King destroys 85!) and get: Helmsman, Pirate, Engineer, Princess, Smuggler (x2), Sentry, Diplomat (the one which I gifted), and Lieutenant (Pmoney's old one) within 20 hours.
I plan to take most of Stefan's outposts (and mine) and send the rest to fight janitorialDuties or 6PAYH.
Stefan couldn't anything and now he is eliminated. My next hire includes a sentry; I will use that sentry + my newly hired ones + my 2 princesses to make a norther defense while I attack the rest of Stefan's stuff.
Currently I am third place and the clock reads 33 hours until 6PAYH wins.
Day 9
Not much happens after everyone turning on me (no doubt due to my needless bragging), other than janitorialDuties taking a few more northern outposts, and letting 6PAYH win.
I pick up some of Stefan's outposts, but that's about it. I did set up a 2 sentry 2 princess outpost just in case either 6PAYH or janitorialDuties were going to advance, but no action.
I get 3rd place.
