Having 1 code for everyone would allow for anonymity.

I thought Slot 1 was defensive and slot 3 was other, but I could be mistaken.
However, I rather like the idea of everyone having different hire numbers, rather than everyone having the same hire type, as aforementioned.
As anonymous games have just started, I'd rather wait a bit before introducing anonymity to Experiment games, especially ones where people have to follow a certain rule, specific to a player, like this one. Ones like westward expansion or Specialized combat can be easily played anonymously.
Right, I can explain this. Like I alluded to before, the order of the specialist categories
is consistent. However, the order is different depending on whether you're looking at future hires or current hires.
For Future hires, it goes: Other, Offensive, Defensive
For Current hires, it goes: Defensive, Offensive, Defensive.
They just mirror the order across the axis of the screen, so it looks like the order is random, but it's not.
So if I have hires coming up in the order, "Princess, Thief, Sentry," when those hires come up, they'll be in the order, "Sentry, Thief, Princess."
