Down with the Modarchy

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

  • In the Game of Modarchy, you win, or you die.

We; Niverio, mm1menace, Silverberg and V3XT (Codename B3AST) have stood up against the new moderators who have come to power by Subterfuge Gods and who were trying to abuse that power and lead us to tyranny. We have stood up against them in the name of the People. We have shown courage, and took on a fight which seemed almost impossible to win.

After 10 days, the Mods have surrendered. They have acknowledged that they can never abuse their People once again, forever, till the end of time.

In the Game of Modarchy, you win, or you die. We have fought knowing the risks. And we won.

  • We are still here. That was one battle in a war.

But in all honestly, they just played better than us. Good game everyone. Especially Niverio. He completely outplayed me. Good game.

  • Disgraced Commander Silverberg. Day 10 - Mission Failure

The events that have conspired in this Sector are many, but can be summarized quickly.
The so-called Mods have been beaten into submission. I congratulate my allies on their wise selection of personnel and smooth operation, but I hold a grievance that must be named.

Late evening, Day 3, I had scarcely escalated my Command Index to Storm Phase when Comrade Niverio paged me on a group channel, saying that Nojo had found a way to punch through his defensive line. His pleas were urgent and the situation required immediate attention, so I signed away my main Tyrants to assist his defense. From there, Niverio successfully routed our shared enemies at three points, and cemented his advantage.

Day 6, he would not return my Tyrants to me after their contracted assignment was complete, claiming he needed their service for a mass offense. Reluctantly I agreed to his terms; without my Tyrants I was effectively a sitting duck and could advance no further, while Niverio and Vernon Vext carved their way through the landscape.

Day 10, there is celebration in the streets. Apparently my allies have taken to spreading propaganda that our enemies have been subdued and victory is achieved, but I gravely remind the public that their statements are baseless. None of our enemies have actually been captured or killed; in fact they still remain at their battlestations awaiting the inevitable demilitarization of our group as the war winds down. Niverio refuses to finish the job we've started, and he has closed his ears to my supplication. I'm well on the path to demilitarization, but I would at least like some blood on my hands before my departure. This is a personal feud, condemned by the group, but I require the blood of at least one of my enemies for my vengeance to be sated to any capacity. After the deed is done, it will be all I can do to harvest enough Element 93 to refuel my airship, and seek greener pastures elsewhere.

I take my leave invisibly. I do not wish to remain in this failed operation any longer.

  • Comrade Silverberg;
These tyrants may have chosen the path of the tyranny, but they were once people like us. There is still hope for them. If we slaughter them when they have surrendered, then how better are we from them? We have beaten them gracefully and in an honorable way, and they have acknowledged our victory. They admitted that their deeds were wrong. We should not act like them, but instead show them the light, the way of the people.

I can't help but feel like our signatures convey opposing messages. The thought is amusing, especially considering the fact that we're stuck in each other's company for at least the next month. (4v4 tournament!)

  • Lol that's an interesting fact. Different perspectives shouldn't affect our bond!

  • Fist and Final Log- The Janitor
The fight was long and hard much like my subs...but alas, a victory we could not pull off. I feel a deep regret for those who put us up in these positions in our failure to qualm the uprising.
I held my border with V3xt and Niverio- distance and a lack of bordering factories kept us from fighting- I focused my cleaning gaze upon MM1Menace, who has happened to score a Tycoon. With a Pirate Pete, and 2 generals I swept across his territory like a wild fire, capturing and converting his own specialists to my cause. My campaign in Menaces territory was great, but trouble was brewing at the borders.

V3xt and Niverio, with the help of their supply cow Silvermilk, had up-thrown my bordering allies. V3xt with his swarm of tactical Generals and Niverio with his lighting fast force- Drillers brought onto the brink of madness with power provided by twin Zealot Kings.
Niverio's subs- now with the speed of a smuggler on crack is currently speeding though my poorly guarded territory with ease. He is too fast, too strong- I am sorely outmatched- My brother mods all but a whisper. Today is a grave day.

But alas, I will do what I can to survive- If they come at me, they shall be met with my swarm of Theives and Helmsmans and my never-fail pirate. I am down to one general now, but he is working overtime-
Here is Perhaps my final outstanding play.

    Image
The Menace has sent his deadly sub of 100 something men and a Elder to nuetralize my disruptive thieves.

    Image
In a last ditch effort I send everything I possibly have- My general directs my specialists every time. His words inspire them to fight valiantly and take out 10 drillers apiece

    Image
Seeing the Helmsman Jerry Captured, My Pirate takes a galliant step forward and rescues Jerry. Jerry triggers a reaction with the specialist who has once lost hope and they all dash off into the sunset that is Rokovoko.
I am happy to have my men with me, as well as some new found specialists who joined my cause.
    Image
Rokovoko may be my underwater tomb, but I have a glimmer of hope that my ideals and honor will live on in another game.

    -Rest in peace-
Bill the Saboteur and his brother Waffle
The Pirate Fu Man Shu- sorry bro. I took a nap and now your dead. my bad.
General Carter- You where fast General, but you weren't 3.5x fast....

    JD out.
