Yes. The players in the 2nd round are the winners from the 1st round which has already completed.

Here is what TopKilla said on the issue. Which make my actions of contacting people in-game a bit early, but I guess we're all just excited to play.

btw Topkilla, you should probably change the "2 Games left in Stage 1!" to "Stage 2 starting soon!" or something

Njeah the supposed start time is quite a while away still, so not really late O.o

In any case, for future should have a set start time for the games. Now it kinda depends on host if you get a night or day start depending if he is NA/EU. Should have a set time that's decent for both. (like afternoon NA and evening EU etc)

It is on the front page. Although, it doesn't change if you "quote" someone who posted when the title was different.

As of right now, theres no way to schedule start times... So having the host start it whenever and having the 8 hour window is the best we can do.
