The finale movesSo here is the layout:
* Factory heavy map (30% generators, bare minimum in a balanced game).
* 8 Kings in the game. This game is a 3v4 where olive, blue and teal had 2+2+1 = 5 kings, and orange+brown+red+purple had 1+1+1+0=3 kings. Earlier in the game, brown had gifted his King to orange, and teal to olive.
So at the time of this screenshot, olive was in the lead with 3 mines, one of which he stole from brown. He had 3 kings at the time, orange had 2, and red 1. Orange and red had less than 48h to take a mine and slow down olive.

You can see a large attack by red being sent. At the time this is sent, it looks like it's gonna work, so we already start to think about the next phase. Blue (olive's ally) is also starting to get big, so drillers are already put into movement towards him. However, we didn't correctly included the sub blue gifted, so when it turned into a gift, the math changed and the attack seemed to fail.
However! Red is a strategic player and had been sending 1 driller subs from his factory for more than a day, just for the change orange should need to gift red a King. And now that would indeed made the difference! The King gift was scheduled to happen just before red's attack would hit, out of everyone's view, nobody could pick up on it. Great!

However, in an insane coincidence, at the exact same time, blue sent both of his Kings traveling, ready to be gifted to olive's 1 driller sub. Now olive would have 5 Kings!

And red's attack failed with only 4 drillers left at the mine. Orange, who had been very careful not to send attack that could be countered, now threw his drillers at olive as a last attempt.
