They will start by Monday at the latest, hosts will start when all players join, the pool will be created tonight, so the brackets come on tomorrow, and the host have a day to contact their players

How would we contact the players - tell them in this thread what the game name will be?

How are the no-shows handled? Cuz I assume (and have read on other threads) that that is a problem.

We have enough hosts, but thx for the offer. The 3 other hosts will pm me their game links, each of you will receive a private message from me with your game's invitation link. To join your game, all you have to do is open the pm from me and click on the link. They will be sent out tommorow evening. I will post this in more detail on the announcements page
