Also, I think you should have a public roster / spreadsheet so everyone can see the competition better!
I made a sample Googlespreadsheet roster with a randomizer function available at B3:

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to add more players, change the following bolded values to the bottom most player row number: =sort(A3:A67,arrayFormula(randbetween(sign(row(A3:A67)),1000000)),true)

I do agree having a Spreadsheet/Roster would help everyone keep track of who is in and who isn't. Brackets, etc. etc... OBviously easier said than done, lol :pAll you simply have to do is look in the direction you want to move in; then you will go.-
