Global Surrender Option ~

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

  • Hey guys.

I just wanted a global surrender option to end the game as is in certain circumstances.

Another small window with a pop-up to vote yes or no excluding any players who have not logged in for more than 10 or 12 hours.

Vote could be majority or 100%.

    Reasoning is:

Just played a game, I had 18 factories, 22 generators, 5 mines at the end with a King,2 Tycoons and an Admiral.

1,200 drillers vs the combined 350 or so of the players left.

We started saying our gg's about 38 hours before the actual end of the game.

A Global surrender option to complete the game would be nice.

This is mostly because of the voodoo surrounding the number of resigned games as well as if you resign first you automatically go behind the lowest active player.

    Thanks!
    Yotta.

  • Yeah that would be a great add. I know many games are probably tight races to the end, but just as many are basically over days before the game ends.

  • I think the, amour flaw is that just because first is determined this does mean second no third are...would suck if you were slated to move up and everyone voted to end the game.

Well, if you think you can end up better then your current place then just don't vote for an end?
