[Tactic] Double Engineer Helmsman

In one of my recent games, I ended up with what I thought were bad rolls for specialists. I ended up grabbing a relatively early Engineer because I would have lost a key battle. A few days later, I ended up doing the same thing, resulting in me having two Engineers.
I combined two thirds of my drillers with both Engineers and a Helmsman. This allows me to chase down subs at 2x speeds while avoiding all combat loses so long as I win the battle.
For example, here's me taking over a mine, chasing down an escaping sub of 144 drillers, capturing a factory with a power of 30 and returning to the mine while only losing 10 drillers due to my opponent's General effect.
I'm now in a nearly unstoppable position to take over his two nearby mines in the next day or so.
