If I put both the Inspector and the Queen in the same sub and send them to a base, will the base instantly charge to full including the Queen's bonus? Or do I need to send a 2nd sub with the Inspector directly on the tail of the 1st sub?

hey mag, the shields will fully charge. you can see this by issuing the launch order and then scrubbing forward in the time machine to see what happens.
