Who's played domination mode? Is it worth trying out? Better/worse than normal mining mode?

I am currently in a game and it seems...more cut throat and snow bally.
It definitely makes for an aggressive fast pace play style. No longer does it benefit you to turtle and wait till the dust clears. Since the winning standard is outposts captured, you really have to watch your back, as any weak point you have is a potential for someone to snag some territory and get up in the top three.

Very cutthroat. You want to be as big and as powerful as you can be, so you have to gobble up the weak in the early game and potentially try to duke it out with the other big guys.
Beginning position and starting specialists also strong.
Smuggler line, Hypnotist line, and Engineer line specialists are especially nice.
