I believe that when creating a private game, there is an option next to the SMS/email share option, with the heart on it.
Clicking it will show you a list of the players you have ever fought / clicked the heart on, which you can then invite.Reporting from the Bridge-

From what I understand, pre-questions will be accepted up till the 12th. The actual event is on the 13th.-
