Specialist idea: Beserker

Global: destroys 1 enemy driller for every sub you have currently launched
Local: every global efect your opponent uses in combat with your beserker will be used on him after the specialist phase. Your opponents global effect still are applied to you.

Everyone has been coming up with a specialist to negate the king. While these are effective they usualy rely on effect negation wich I never really liked in anything. So here is my solution. Fight fire with fire and give your opponent a taste of thier own medicine. What do you think? Is this more, less, or equally effective at reigning in the king?

The Global can be easily abused by sending 1 driller subs everywhere on their longest route, then repeat - average player with 4 factories sending 6 drillers to 6 different friendly outposts ever 6 hours ~12 hours away allows the Berserker to deal 48 driller damage. Quite OP.
And The Local would mess up a bunch of stuff - if enemy has a Sabo, both subs will return? If they have a Double Agent, only drillers will die because the effect procs twice? Etc, etc.
My verdict is: not a good idea. (Where are the drawbacks!?)

I believe I made a typo. I meant to say global. Sorry my mind was racing and I beleve I may have mixed up the two words. I agree that that would not have worked well at all. I also agree that his global effect is a bit op. I could make it were every sub with at least 20 drillers launched destroys 1 driller. Thanks for the input.

I changed his global effect in order to make him not op.

Sorry what? Global? So like... Every sub you sent with 20 or more drillers destroys 1 driller from all other subs in motion?
Seems way too complicated for me

I'm a bit lost too. Destroys one every time your berserker runs into something? Or every time your subs run into something?
Sorry, but I don't think it's a good idea.

Hmm, the global is sort of confusing so I am taking it off. I feel he is still worth it with just the local.
