Achievement spread would be roughly equal, with perhaps more 3rd tier ones as people complete more achievements and want to get really difficult ones. (For example 'assassinate 5 Queens with a single assassin in a 10 player game' would be a 3rd tier one.
Winning 3 consecutive 10 player games would be a 2nd tier I imagine.
For example 'assassinate 5 Queens with a single assassin in a 10 player game' would be a 3rd tier one.

That is almost impossible. If 5 queens are assassinated, what is the possibility of 1 assassin assassinating all of them?

Just get your ally to hire and bargain his way to 5 princesses. Your ally then lets you assassinate his queen along with the four other princesses that become queens. His final princess keeps him in the game and you become one of the few people on the planet able to get that medal. Use multiple allies for highest effectiveness.
Congratulations, you have spent countless hours trying to rig a system in order to get a pointless virtual medal. But at least it is a shiny medal (probably).

That is almost impossible. If 5 queens are assassinated, what is the possibility of 1 assassin assassinating all of them? Well since I'd expect at least 3 players to hire assassins, the chance of 1 assassin assassinating all of them would be about 5^4 (because there's a 1 in 5 chance that each queen is killed by the same assassin as the one that killed the last queen (assuming that the player that killed the first queen isn't going to use his other assassin to kill any of the remaining queens), and a 1 in 1 chance for the first queen to be assassinated (assuming that 5 queens were assassinated), so 1 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 = 5^4) and so the possibility is roughly equal to 1 in 625. And that's assuming that 5 queens even are assassinated, of which there is roughly a 1 in 3 chance per 10 player game. Basically, if you play 200 10-player games, you have a decent chance of getting this medal. Good luck
