Preface:

So I had a crazy idea. What would a game of Subterfuge be like if I never made contact with anyone in the game? How far could I go? Could I survive the game, let alone win it? Welcome to

SILENT SUBTERFUGE

But honestly, this isn’t fun enough. I wanted to make this more interesting, so I invited my friend Roadkiehl to join me. We will be competing against each other in a non-ranked ten-player Neptunium game with a balanced map.

Rules of the Game:

1. No initiating conversation with any other player in the game
2. No responding to any conversation with any other player in the game
3. No strategic conversation between Bangerz and Roadkiehl about the game. All talks between us must be strictly about the format of the game, technicalities, etc.
4. We cannot view each other’s daily video logs

Oh yea, we are filming daily logs.
They will be posted at the end of the day, each day until the game is over or we are eliminated. They will be posted here in this thread.

The game will start at approximately 3 AM Eastern time on January 23, 2016

You may have some other inquires – hopefully they will be answered in either mine or Roady’s Day 0 video below.

Basically, if I had a neighbor that blatantly refused to talk to me, I would get a few buddies and take out that neighbor ASAP. It would be very easy. As Kevlar explains in his guide, by not talking you are setting yourself up to be "the asshole" (his terminology).

I predict you won't last 4 days.

I've had an idea. Your chance for survival hinges on nonverbal communication. Gift some drills and if you're lucky your neighbors will catch on.

communicate by gifting 1 and 2 driller subs which could represent Morse code

I've had this same thought! Lol. It's crazy though and you'll probably get rushed.
Will be following thread with keen interest.

I'm going to bet that Bangerz and 'roady' are going to help each other out in order to survive because they'll be the only ones who know about this. If that happens, they may well survive past 4 days.
