1) People have real life things to do, or move on. Can't take away points for being busy in real life.
2) Annoying =/= not reputable. Talking to himself as a 'supreme leader' is one thing, but not honoring a NAP is another. For the same reason I did not apply radioactivity's score for topkilla

Undo my downvote to tallgoat11. I found that blob made that account, so -1 him instead. Also, it's apparent I -1ed Menace twice, so void that -1 on Menace.
