It's usually easy enough to figure out on your own, but I think it would be neat if the funding dots could be colored in for all players receiving funding if you hire an intelligence officer.

I think Intel officer is amazing as it is. I find that the fact it tells you what type of outposts are out there, and gives 25% boost is all it needs. And you can normally figure out who is funding someone
