Strategy Puzzles

it'll be like chess puzzles in the sunday paper. you will be given a situation and a goal and you'll have to queue up orders to accomplish the goal.
it'll start off easy and get gradually harder. should make for a fun single player experience and also serve as an interactive tutorial so that new players can get the hang of the strategy before they jump into a game.
