  • I am new to this game, I'm actually only halfway through my first ever game and loving it! So a couple days ago I purchased the game through Goole Play for my Android. My payment has been processed and has cleared, however I'm still only ranked as an L1. Could this be because I'm currently involved in an ongoing game? Will I get my L2 promotion after my current game ends?

  • I bought mine and got it immediately.although, if you are on android, might be different than my apple. Did you buy through the store or through the game? If through store, are you using the same email?

  • Should definitely have gotten it right away and I believe I also got an email from the game saying something like "thank you for supporting us, enjoy these new features:" so if you haven't gotten this then your emails are messed up

  • Agreed, support like this is best gotten through email. :)

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues like this, getting L2 was a nice experience for me. I wanted to dive into this intense game deeply and L2 defenitely helped for that.

    Some things you can try yourself are:
    * turning off your phone and switching it on again,
    * trying to clear the cache (your active game is retreived through your account login, so all you could lose is some notification settings and you'd need to login again),
    * trying to purchase L2 again *but stop at the last step*. The Google Play store will do a verification and I've gotten messed up IAP's to be corrected this way before.

    If these don't work, please report this throug email. (Best to include your Play Store receipt.)

  • I had same issue and I just clicked "restore purchase" and everything went right after that
    He was a fine player :D

  • Troubleshooting:
    1. Reinstall and log back in
    2. Restore purchase and try again
    3. Email Devs if above doesn't work
