Agreed, support like this is best gotten through email.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues like this, getting L2 was a nice experience for me. I wanted to dive into this intense game deeply and L2 defenitely helped for that.
Some things you can try yourself are:
* turning off your phone and switching it on again,
* trying to clear the cache (your active game is retreived through your account login, so all you could lose is some notification settings and you'd need to login again),
* trying to purchase L2 again *but stop at the last step*. The Google Play store will do a verification and I've gotten messed up IAP's to be corrected this way before.
If these don't work, please report this throug email. (Best to include your Play Store receipt.)
