Anonymous is not anonymous in a private game

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

  • In a private hosted game, the anonymous feature is pretty imbalanced as the game creator usually easily can deduct whom is who and everyone knows who created the game.

I strongly suggest a tiny but small change: Randomize the player-color assignment on game start. In this case it does not matter who created the game or joined in which order.

  • Yeah, theres a few threads about this. There's a few lingering problems like this with anonymous. People are also able to use the online indicators from completed games to determine who people are.

Well I find some of the fun of anonymous the detective work of figuring out who people are. Also "tiny but small"? That's:
    A. What she said
    B. A really funny verbal accident I laughed irl.
