I am enjoying this game. I am in two games, learning a bunch but have a question about use of Martyrs. I have a martyr in a sub approaching a generator. If my opponent launches a sub towards my martyr with only 1 miner does it detonate my martyr? If so, can someone help me know how to use this specialist? I read the navigator combo is good but I'm not clear if the risk of s sub with a single miner exists.

Any combat the Martyr is in sets it off (outpost or sub to sub). The navigator combo is so powerful because it can only be effectively targetted by a Pirate (which can target subs).

On it's own, the Martys is generally used defensively or as a threat, but has some offensive capabilities depending on the tactical situation.

It's easy to regard it as either the weakest or most powerful, but it's all situationally dependent. The same argument can be made for many specialists.
