[ SUBTERFUGE_ELIMINATION_TOURNAMENT ]

After a handful of games over the last month I have encountered a couple of players more than once and discovered that even though each game is a fresh slate there are memories and relationships that are recalled upon for fresh alliances. So I thought that this would be an interesting concept to explore over a series, of say 3, games where we eliminate different a few people each game until the final game where the victor will be crowned.

So, here is what I propose:

12 players to start.
2x 6 player games where the bottom 2 players are eliminated.
2x 4 player games with players randomly spread from previous round to break alliances. Bottom 2 eliminated again.
Final: 4 player game where winner takes all.

I think we should be able to get 12 people to give it a shot. If we get more/less then we modify to suit.

So, any thoughts?

ok, this seems to have sparked a little interest again so it's time to get it up and running.

Later today after asking a few more people I'll divide up the groups randomly and start getting people into games to get this thing started.

Currently it's looking like 16 players:
2x8 players (bottom 2 eliminated)
2x6 players (bottom 3 eliminated)
6 player final.
