What would cause me to buy L2.

Strategy, feedback, or anything SUBTERFUGE-related

  • I'm currently one of the few forumers who is still L1. I often say that if just one really good (good in my opinion that is) feature was added to L2, I would get it. I really hadn't known what that feature is, but I've figured it out, and am making this for both the devs and the community as well.

I want to simulate enemy movements!

It's that easy. I don't always know how a battle will end if an opponent does a certain action. Or I'll have to get a calulator out to run the numbers. If you could simulate an enemy movement this would really help with planning. Or if they wanted to add a sandbox mode where you could replicate your in game situation to see what would happen, I would be interested in that too.

i WOULD buy L2 if that was an L2 feature.

It's so useful to figure out hypothetical situations and helps with planning. This isn't a new idea, but it just struck me that I would love and use this feature if it was implemented. It would also help answer tough questions that pop up on the forums from time to time.
My faith has found a resting place,
    Not in device or creed;
    I trust the ever-living One,
His wounds for me shall plead.
    I need no other argument,
    I need no other plea,
It is enough that Jesus died,
And that He died for me.

  • I second this motion.
Imagine how stupid the average person is. Then realize that half of the people are even stupider than that.

  • Yeah unfortunately this is probably really hard according to the current mechanics and adding this would probably mean adding completely new mechanics to the game.

I think something much more realistic and something that would let me buy L2 is quick games, lasting about an hour or less. That would be cool

Less than an hour would be a bit too quick already. 10 days compressed into an hour would be a speed of 240x, and literally looking away from your screen could be catastrophic

Yeah lol isn't that what gamers these days do for like 5 hours in a row? Just stare at a screen?
Oh yeah and if you think you might get bored as well, try playing chess with 90 minutes per player :P
