Specialist Idea "Janitor"

Are we still doing this? Doesn't matter - it's fun making up hypothetical specialists!
Type: Other
Icon: Mop
Description: Local: Restores outpost stationed at to its original state. Local: While defending, shields are applied before combat.
Tagline: The only good base is a cleaned base.

What this means: If a martyr destroyed an outpost, the Janitor is able to clean it right up and make it run again (generators and factories self explanatory, but for mines, no NP penalty and mine goes to however holds the mine now). Furthermore, while stationed at an outpost, the outpost shields will damage the enemy drillers before any other specialists, local or global, are put in effect. This means if you are getting attacked by a sub with 100 drillers with a King, and you are defending your 110 driller outpost with 20 shield, instead of the King knocking out 33 drillers, his sub will be first reduced to 80, and then the King will only do 26 damage, allowing you to survive with 4 drillers left.

What do you guys think about this idea?

This is definitely not a tribute to a certain helpful forum regular, whose name is 43.75% "janitor"

This is a reasonable proposal

When I read the "restores a base to its original state" I thought it would change an enemy mine before into a generator or factory once it gets in combat.

The math checks out.

And it's a very interesting idea. I think

would be a really weirdly cool addition to it
