    Bots? Are there actually bots in this game? As far as I know I have never encountered a bot..

    No. Can you imagine trying to code an AI for this game? With all the different specs and tactics you might as well create the singularity.

    I was only being half sarcastic. Think about it, What are the major aspects that you think of when playing Subtefuge?
    -Diplomacy. How can you create a bot that can lie and detect lies just from speech patterns alone? If the bot doesn't understand diplomacy it becomes a fish in a barrel
    -Specists choice. This ones a little easier, but still hard. Creating a bot that can analyze and understand its situation and then lick the right spec is possible, but it would be challenging.
    -tactics. People have been fascinated with AI for as long as computers have been around. I found this comic that fits my point perfectly, and subterfuge is close to the bottom.

  • Haha. Calvinball. I loved Calvin and Hobbes.
    My faith has found a resting place,
    Not in device or creed;
    I trust the ever-living One,
    His wounds for me shall plead.
    I need no other argument,
    I need no other plea,
    It is enough that Jesus died,
    And that He died for me.

    I saw that and was so happy. No computer can beat a human at calvinball. And no human can beat Calvin (except the one time someone did...)

    Revenge of the Babysat. Rosalyn beat Calvin at calvinball. The only human to have accomplished such a feat.

  • Did she? I don't remember that. I had like 8 of his comic books. I still remember them and laugh at them.
