I hate the fact that because i have alot of factories, my drillers are scattered, i wish that you could change which factory produces and which dont. Meaning that i could turn off a factory and then they would stop produing drillers and your factories you need them at could get the support with out hours of moving them.

Of course some stuff would have to be implemented to make it so its not op. Such as, making it so you cant cut off a factory within 12 hours of capturing it and it takes 6 hours to cut it back on.

That would be really interesting. Hard to impliment, like you said, but cool. However, I don't think I'd use it. If I cut off all my inside factories, and just made a huge she'll around the outside of my outposts, what happens when it is comprimised? Or, what if you turn off the factories by your allies but they turn on you? It would be tricky to use right. But an interesting idea nonetheless.
