Specialist Idea: Digger

Description: After slowly digging a channel from one outpost to another, movement speed is permanently doubled in between, marked by a green line. Local: Moves at 0.5 speed.

What this means: Similar to the Smuggler and Helmsman, this specialist is in the middle. Whether making a fast route from a factory to the frontlines, or making a secondary route of attack for a factory to channel troops quickly, this non-promotable specialist is a weaker Admiral, but powerful to use if hired in early game.

Digging paths? Cool, but a bit indirect.
I was sure it was gonna speed up Np production. Like a foreman for mines, that would upgrade into a tycoon for mines.

I'm fairly certain anything that effects NP Production without a really valid downside would be vastly overpowered. It would mess with the flow of e game.
