Queen + King + Tinkerer question please

So Tinkerer drain shield charge to produce eletricity right? Right now i have both King & Queen in one generater outpost what if i have TINKERER there also?

Shield recharge in 48 hours, tinkerer drains 3 per hour, meaning you'd need at least 3 shield per hour to break even. 3*48=144, or 150 needed. Blah blah blah, math stuff and, yes you calculations SHOULD be correct and were at one point accepted. However, after testing it has been found that about 90 shields will do the trick of countering the negative effect. Juanma is right once again that's 2 times Juan has killed you now. Nojo...you suck.
