Umm. All i can say is wow. That person is willing to spend $13 over a single outpost is just mind boggling. Nothing you can really do about it than just suck it up.

Yeah not just those. He gave other people medals too, and they were positive ones like "good natured" and "trustworthy ally." I don't know if it was to spite me or not, but in total he's awarded about 20 medals and this game has only been a few hours old.

That sounds like a jailbroken phone. In one of my games somebody "bought" L2 without even knowing what it does. Turns if you jailbrake your phone you can "buy" IAP'S for free...

Dunno. In the chat it seems like he's actually spending the money. He says he's helping developing the game.

Honestly If I were him I would just donate or buy many L2's, so yes seems jailbroken or someone who has money they are willing to let go easily

a jailbroken phone is not rare, people could absolutely spray down some one with 300 poop medals without costing them a penny.
